ACMobility, the Ayala Group’s mobility solutions arm, is scaling up Makati’s EV infrastructure with over 74 charging points across 18 locations by Q1 2025. These include offices, malls, and residential areas, positioning Makati as a hub for electric mobility in Metro Manila.
“Makati is central to our EV ecosystem expansion,” said ACMobility CEO Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala. “This network ensures convenient, efficient solutions for urban EV users while driving the shift to greener transport.”

Recognized for sustainability, Makati’s progressive policies and eco-friendly initiatives, such as waste management and barangay-level recycling, make it an ideal partner for ACMobility’s EV solutions.
“Makati is committed to integrating cleaner technologies,” said Mayor Abigail Binay. “ACMobility’s expansion strengthens our vision of a greener, future-ready city.”
Currently, ACMobility operates 47 charging points in Makati, with key locations like Valero 2, Dela Rosa 1, and the Makati Stock Exchange. By 2025, 27 additional points—including 19 fast DC chargers at sites like Corinthian and Legaspi car parks—will be added, reducing charging times and improving accessibility.
Several stations will operate 24/7 to cater to commuters’ needs, reflecting Makati’s dynamic lifestyle.
ACMobility’s network expansion aligns with the growing EV adoption in the Philippines, ensuring infrastructure supports demand.
“This is just the beginning,” said Carla Buencamino, Head of Mobility Infrastructure at ACMobility. “We aim to replicate this success nationwide, driving a cleaner, more connected future.”
