Zeekr has launched the 009, a luxury all-electric Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV), at the 2024 Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW). This innovative vehicle, which can seat six or seven passengers, showcases Zeekr’s commitment to sustainable transportation. It features a powerful 116kWh battery with an impressive range of 582 km and can recharge from 10-80% in just 30 minutes.
With a peak power of 450 kW, the Zeekr 009 can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.5 seconds. It also includes advanced safety features and an AI assistant for easy control. The luxurious interior boasts Nappa leather, a lounge chair mode, and even a refrigerator with UV sterilization, boasting a cavernouns interior and a very premium experience inside the vehicle.
Zeekr’s presence at SIEW 2024 emphasizes the brand’s role in promoting sustainable energy solutions while offering a blend of luxury and environmental responsibility. Can this vehicle challenge the daily family commuters that we see on our roads? Or more importantly, will the brand even bring this model to the country. In our opinion, it looks like a winner if brought to the local market.
